The 'Killer Report' was a unique cinematic concept of interviewing a serial killer. Director Cho said "When I first talked to people around me after planning the scenario, everyone said they were crazy. I've heard a lot about who will invest in it and what kind of actor will appear. But I thought I could do it," he said.
