Koo Ja-cheol is still in frequent contact with Ki Sung-yong and Lee Chung-yong at the production presentation for the second season of Coupang Play variety show 『Shooting Star" held at The Link Seoul Hotel in Guro-gu, Seoul on the 28th"I want these friends to feel the same way as me after a long professional life."
When asked if he had any messages of support from his current junior or fellow players, Lee Keun-ho said, `I am also watching the news of (Son) Heung-min and (Lee) Kang-in through sports articles," he replied with a smile.
Koo Ja-cheol then said, `I often keep in touch with Ki Sung-yueng and Lee Chung-yong. When I say, "Oh, I'm so tired today," he doesn't understand why it's so hard. I can't retire these guys quickly (laughs), but if I'm curious about this feeling after a long professional career, I'd like to actively pursue joining the team" he said. In response, Choi Yong-soo said, `Given the performance of those friends (Lee Cheong-yong, Ki Sung-yueng) these days, I think I will be more professional for the next 1-2 years"I'm going to be the coach of 'Shooting Star' Season 2 for another 10 years from now on."
Meanwhile, Season 2 of 'Shooting Star' is a growing soccer entertainment show in which legendary star players who have learned how to enjoy real soccer after retirement challenge the K3 League. It will be released on Coupang Play every Friday at 8 p.m. from the 29th.
