46th Blue Dragon Film Awards Opens for Entries, Set for November 19

Korea's Best Film Festival The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards will be held at KBS Hall in Yeouido on November 19. The Blue Dragon Film Award, which was launched in 1963 to promote the development of the domestic film industry, has established itself as the most prestigious film award through a fair and transparent screening process. This year, it will also provide a festival night where the main characters and movie fans who have shone in the Korean film industry will gather and enjoy together.
The Blue Dragon Film Awards have consistently discovered the next generation of new directors with fresh materials, fresh ideas, and potential through the Cheong Jeong-won Short Film Awards. This year, we look forward to a short drama film completed with an original perspective. Eligibility for entry is available to anyone with Korean nationality or foreigners (including international students) staying in Korea, and short films within 40 minutes completed after October 14, 2024.
The entries will be submitted online (https://naver.me/GxLx8Od0) from September 30 to midnight on October 12, 2025, and the final winners will be selected through fair and strict screening by a jury composed of film experts.
