Actor Jun Ji-hyun announced a spectacular return with Disney+'s original series 'Polaris'.

Disney+'s original series 'Polaris', which was unveiled under worldwide attention on the 10th, is a story about Moon-joo (Jeon Ji-hyun), who has built an international reputation as a U.N. ambassador, chasing the back of the presidential candidate shooting, facing a huge truth threatening the Korean Peninsula with unidentified special agent San-ho (Kang Dong-won), who has to protect her. In 『Polaris』, which was noted for its unique casting and meeting with the well-made production team even before its release, Jeon Ji-hyun transformed into an insightful diplomat and a UN ambassador Seo Moon-joo who is trusted by the international community, drawing praise as 'Jeong Ji-hyun' at the same time as his appearance.

From the beginning of the play, the huge wave surrounding Moon-joo was enough to catch the eyes of viewers. After witnessing the shocking shooting of her husband, Jun-ik (Park Hae-joon), Moon-joo collaborated with a man, San-ho, whose real identity is unknown, to reveal the truth. Pursuing the truth despite the constant crisis, she confronted her husband's younger brother, Jun-sang (Oh Jung-se), while holding hands with her mother-in-law, Ok-sun (Lee Mi-sook), raising tension to its peak.




In addition, Moon-joo's decision to run for the next president without hesitation while showing tears of embarrassment at the moment when he was betrayed by the president he believed in (Kim Hae-sook) gave a dramatic twist. In particular, the scene of declaring a presidential bid at Gwanghwamun Square beyond the threat of a train explosion gave viewers a thrilling thrill.

In this way, Jun Ji-hyun is firmly supporting the center of the play by completing Moon Joo's determination, which is not shaken even in the face of a crisis, with a restrained emotional line, stable vocalization, and detailed facial expression acting.
