On the 22nd, KBS2's new Saturday miniseries 'The Last Summer' (scripted Jeon Yu-ri, director Min Yeon-hong) unveiled a two-shot still of Lee Jae-wook and Kim Gun-woo, further raising fans' expectations.
Lee Jae-wook visits the small screen as Baek Do-ha, an architect with extraordinary skills and director of 'Pluto Atelier', and Kim Gun-woo as Seo Soo-hyuk, an appeals court lawyer who boasts a 99% winning rate. The two, who have similar but different fighter-like personalities, will create a spark between the client and the lawyer in the play and instill fun.
First of all, Doha and Suhyuk in the office together attract attention. Doha is checking the documents, while Soo-hyuk is closely watching his actions. Suhyuk, who prioritizes 'Fun' when taking over the case, is interested in Doha, the client who makes all the strategies for himself, and takes over his trial. Su-hyuk, who thought it would be a simple trial that would be easily solved, will meet an unexpected ambush. Indeed, it stimulates curiosity about what Doha has been requesting.
On the other hand, a still from the two people who met at a place other than the office also catches the eye. Doha and Suhyuk are said to foreshadow a new bromance beyond simply becoming a client-lawyer relationship, and we are looking forward to seeing what other fun their relationship will bring to the play. "Last Summer" is a remodeled romance drama that unfolds when a man and a woman who have been friends since childhood face the truth of their first love hidden in Pandora's box.
KBS2's new Saturday miniseries 『The Last Summer" will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on Nov. 1, with Jeon Yu-ri showing off her strong writing skills in 『Kiss Six Sense』, 『Royal Loader』,"Missing: They Were』, and director Min Yeon-hong, who showed sensational directing with the 『Insider" series , joining forces.
