In the final episode, which aired on the 19th, Kim Da-mi (Ko Young-rye) was depicted changing her fate for her lifelong best friend Shin Ye-eun (Seo Jong-hee), leaving a deep lingering impression. The two, who competed in good faith at the Miss Korea competition, cheered for each other's dreams when Shin Young-eun was elected as Jin. But the moment of celebration turned into a crisis. Park Ji-hwan (Roh Sang-sik), the labor manager who was angry at Seo Jae-hee's crime, broke into the stage and wielded a weapon.
Kim Da-mi, who heard Shin's sincerity earlier, said, `I hope we don't go back to those days and make our dear friend unhappy" had a heart and instead saved a friend by stabbing. Kim Dami fell into a deep coma, and Shin Ye-eun, who was overcome with guilt, left home after learning of Seo Jae-hee's scheme. At this time, Kim Dami's mother, Lee Jung-eun, reached out to Shin Ye-eun again, and Heo Nam-joon (Han Jae-pil) played 'Close to You' by Kim Dami's side and expressed his affection. In the end, Kim Dami opened her eyes like a miracle, and Shin Ye-eun ran to him first.
A year later, Kim Da-mi entered the Korean language department of the university with a scholarship conceded by Shin Ye-eun, marking a new beginning. At the wedding of friends Park Yen-yi (Choi Jung-bun) and Lee Won-jung (Ma Sang-cheol), he proposed to Heo Nam-jun, which also resulted in love. Jeon Sung-woo (Ko Young-sik) held Shin's hand and stood by him, foreshadowing another exciting start of youth.
The three recalled the past by bursting into laughter like they used to on the beach in Incheon. The narration of the Yeongrye, "We in those days when we were young, hard and indolent, but shining brightly because we had each other," flowed, and their stories implied another tomorrow, not the end.
'100 Memories' marked the end of the last episode with a viewership of 8.1 percent (based on Nielsen Korea's nationwide paid households), 7.8 percent in the metropolitan area, and up to 9.1 percent.
