Lee Jung-hyun's first short film 'Flower Show' is set to be released on Oct. 22.



Actor Lee Jung-hyun's first directing debut, a short film 'I'm Going to Play with Flowers' (produced by WaFilm and Pinetree Entertainment), will visit the audience at the end of this month.

The 26th Jeonju International Film Festival's Korean Cinema section was officially invited to the audience's enthusiastic applause and the media's attention, and this is Lee Jung-hyun's first director, who has shown his unrivaled presence as a singer and actor. Director Lee Jung-hyun took on all the director, script, and lead roles in this work, shifting the depth of emotion he had accumulated as an actor to the gaze behind the screen.

"Going to the Flower Show" also reflects director Lee Jung-hyun's autobiographical experience, capturing his daughter's pitiful hopes in detail. "Let's Go for Flowers" was invited to leading domestic film festivals such as the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival, the 21st Mizansen Short Film Festival, the 18th Women's Human Rights Film Festival, and the 26th Jeju Women's Film Festival to be recognized for its cinematic quality and will be released exclusively at CGV on the 22nd of this month to meet the audience. In addition, on the 26th, Cinema Talk, in which director Lee Jung-hyun directly participates, will be held.




'I'm Going to the Flower Show' is a story about a mother and a daughter who are terminal cancer patients who were kicked out of the hospital because they couldn't afford the backlog of treatment. Lee Jung-hyun appeared and directed himself. It will be released exclusively on CGV on the 22nd.
