Lee Junho Transforms into a Rookie CEO in tvN’s 'Typhoon Family'

tvN's new Saturday drama 'Typhoon Family' (directed by Lee Na-jung, Kim Dong-hwi, scripted by Jang Hyun, produced by Imagineers, Studio PIC, and Tree Studio) unveiled a still cut containing the true nature of the One Team ahead of its first broadcast on the 11th.
'Taepung Corporation' depicts the struggling growth of Kang Tae-pung (Lee Joon-ho), a novice boss who became the president of a trading company with neither employees nor money to sell during the 1997 IMF crisis. He took the position of president overnight in Nalari, Apgujeong, and with his strong colleagues, he is reborn as a `Taepyeong Commando' who never gives up even in the midst of a crisis.
The members who support the company together are Oh Mi-sun (Kim Min-ha), a thorough accounting manager, Goma-jin (Lee Chang-hoon), a sales manager at Tsundere, Cha Seon-taek (Kim Jae-hwa), a deputy general affairs manager with brilliant abacus skills, a life guard director (Kim Song-il), who loves plants and four-character idioms, and Generation X proxy delivery (Lee Sang-jin), who fell in love with the drama 'Gangmin' of the 90s 'Star Is in My Heart'.
In the still cut released, they are staring in one direction while holding their breath while waiting for a fax. The desperate expression to survive in the middle of the IMF and the fierce head-to-head in the conference room make you feel the energy of the 'real one team'. The solidarity of those who hold out by filling their gaps will convey laughter, empathy, and heavy resonance.
The production team said that "the relationship between Kang Tae-pung and his family members is not just a co-worker, but a support for each other. The chemistry between them, which creates the strength to get back up even in the midst of a crisis, will give viewers a boost."
Meanwhile, tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Taepung Corporation' will premiere at 9:10 p.m. on the 11th.
