Actor Baek Ji-hye, who played the main character 'Jisook' in the play, accepted the achievement more happily than anyone else and expressed deep affection for the work and character. He "From the first time I read the scenario, I had a desire to do it. I was so impressed that I looked up all the short stories of the director after I finished reading them," he recalled his first encounter with the work.
For Baek Ji-hye, Ji-sook was a complex person who lived in a lack of affection and longed for desire at the same time. "Jisook was structurally too poor a child exposed to poverty and violence, but at the same time, he was a subjective character trying to realize his desires.
