JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 『The Story of Manager Kim』 ('The Story of Manager Kim who works at a large company in Seoul') released a preview video of the first episode. In the video, the struggles of Kim Nak-soo (Ryu Seung-ryong), an ordinary office worker dreaming of a 'Sangmu-nim' position, unfold cheerfully. Kim Nak-su, who runs toward the executive with passion, is praised by his juniors as `respectful.'
But the reality is different after work. His wife Park Ha-jin (Myung Se-bin) does not bend her will despite her husband's opposition, and his son Kim Soo-gyeom (Cha Kang-yoon) firmly refuses to join a large company. As the situation continues at home and at work, Kim Nak-soo's face is getting crummy.
To make matters worse, an unexpected accident breaks out in the company, and Kim Nak-soo is put to a critical test for executive promotion.
