The winner of the first national competition in the series 'Physical' will be born in the 10-12th (final episode) of "Physical: Asia", which will be released on the 18th by eight Asian countries.
Since its first public release on October 28, 'Physical: Asia' has doubled the fun of the national competition due to each country's unabandoned grit, various strategies, and teamwork. The unpredictable match gave catharsis, and sportsmanship, which showed respect for each other after a fierce match, was touching.
While captivating viewers around the world, a hot competition takes place in a huge quest until the end. Currently, four countries, or half of the eight countries, survive. I wonder who will smile the last between South Korea, which has the best player in power with a bold winning move, Japan, which settled on the fifth quest early with meticulous play and outstanding skills, Mongolia, which survived with fierce momentum in every quest, and Australia, which is a strong favorite for overwhelming physicality.
In the previous 7-9th inning, Japan went straight to the fifth quest, beating Australia in the fourth quest battle rope relay. With Japan laughing first, the fourth quest death match was a 1,200kg pole spin. The lowest-ranked country will be eliminated through an extreme quest that requires 100 turns of a terrifying weight pillar reminiscent of hell.
And the fifth quest, when the three countries face off, heralds another huge scale unique to the 'Physical' series. The two countries that survive the 'Occupy of the Castle', where each team's strategy and unity are important, will determine the winner through the long-awaited final. The victory and defeat will be mixed depending on how each team effectively performs various physical skills and how well they plan their tactics to perform the quest, and will explode their immersion.
The final foreshadows three extreme games as the most powerful countries remain. As both countries are strong teams that survived to the end, wins and losses are expected to be mixed depending on their mentality, strategy and teamwork. The hot race to determine the country with the most perfect physicality will make it impossible to take your eyes off for a moment.
'Physical: Asia' recorded 3,600,000 viewers (viewing time divided by the total running time of the work) from Nov. 3 to Nov. 9, ranking third in the Global Top 10 TV Show (non-English) category for the second consecutive week. At the same time, it topped the list of 26 countries around the world, including Korea, Australia, the Philippines, Turkiye, Finland, and the United Arab Emirates, continuing its global popularity.
The 10-12 episodes of 'Physical: Asia' (final episode) will be released only on Netflix at 5 p.m. on the 18th.
