Gian84 finally stands at the starting line of the South Africa 'Big 5 Marathon'.

MBC Extreme 84, which will premiere today (30th), will reveal the challenges of Gian84 and Kwon Hwa-woon, who participated in 'Big 5 Marathon' in unique nature.

South Africa 'Big 5 Marathon' is one of the most unique and extreme competitions among runners around the world. It is a course that runs through safari areas where lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos actually live, and participants race with the wild in an environment as if thrown into nature.




It is composed of extreme topography such as sand, swamp, ram, river, and steep slope, and while the general marathon is completed within about five hours, the competition is so difficult that it is essential to complete it within seven hours. In other words, it is a real race in which viability, physical strength, and mental strength are all put to the test.

On the morning of the competition, Gian84 reveals his complicated feelings ahead of the first trail marathon in his life, saying, "Feeling like knowing the military and going in" "Feeling like going to the dentist for 7 hours"."
