According to FlickPatrol, an OTT ranking aggregation site, 'Because there is no next life' started off well, ranking third in the Netflix 'Today's Top 10 Series' category as of the 13th, right after its release. In addition, it proved its popularity by ranking No. 1 in Naver 'Most Popular Drama' and No. 6 in KinoLights 'Today's Trend Rankings'.
The first broadcast on the 10th depicts the comic growth period of dreaming of a better 'complete life' through the daily life of forty-one or three friends who are run over by childcare and work. The realistic concerns and conflicts of Jonah-jung (Kim Hee-sun), Koo Joo-young (Han Hye-jin), and Lee Il-ri (Jin Seo-yeon) drew a strong consensus and captured the hearts of viewers.
In particular, since marriage, I've always been in the same place.""You have to face your hurt to be relieved", Lines such as "You don't know until you try it." are receiving great response as a real sympathetic phrase that seems to have shifted the daily life of a real couple in Korea.
The acting of Kim Hee-sun, Han Hye-jin, and Jin Seo-yeon is also perfect. Kim Hee-sun showed a lifestyle-oriented performance by digesting unconventional perm hair and 'Zoommarook' for the role of Gyeongdan girl Jonah Jung. Han Hye-jin is a calm working mother, but she vividly depicted the real couple exploding on her husband, and Jin Seo-yeon gave her younger boyfriend a smile and tears at the same time as her sister Lee Il-ri, who pretends to be cool but cannot give up her regret.
The production team said "Because there is no next life" is a work that sincerely depicts the real couple's bare face. "We will continue to empathize with characters and stories that anyone can project themselves, so please look forward to future developments."
Meanwhile, the third episode of the TV CHOSUN Monday-Tuesday mini-series `Because There Will Be No Next Life' will air at 10 p.m. on the 17th.
