2025 KBS2 One-Act Project 'Love: Track' is a romance anthology with 10 love stories of different shapes. KBS, which has continued the legitimacy of one-act plays for 41 years, will present a new one-act project 'Love: Track' that connects the existing 'Drama Special' in line with the changing times.
At 10:50 p.m. on December 14, 'Onion soup after work' (playwright Lee Sun-hwa, director Lee Young-seo) and 'First Love is a Line-earphone' (playwright Jung Hyo, director Jung Kwang-soo) will be broadcast continuously. Two works with different charms will deliver warm year-end sensibilities to viewers.
First, 'Onion Soup After Work' is a work that tells the story of a man and a chef trying to find out why onion soup, which was the only comfort in his tired life, was removed from the menu.
Lee Dong-hwi played the role of pharmaceutical salesperson Park Moo-an in 『Onion Soup" after work. Muan is an ordinary office worker who is always bullied at work and lives a day without friends or lovers. The onion soup at a regular restaurant after work is the only joy that keeps him going through the day, but one day, the onion soup disappears from the menu and changes in his daily life. Bang Hyo-rin plays Han Da-jeong, a chef who runs a French home-style restaurant in the play. He/she considers the moment when customers enjoy his/her food as his/her greatest happiness, but one day, he/she boldly removes onion soup from the menu. The sweet push-and-pull romance between regular customer Muan and chef Dajeong, which will be held around onion soup, is expected to increase the completeness of the work by adding delicious chemistry between Lee Dong-hwi and Bang Hyo-rin.
「First Love is a Short Earphone」, which is scheduled to be broadcast on the same day, depicts a third-year high school girl who has been in charge of the first place in the school in 2010 facing her dream and love when she meets a boy who is a bully.
Ong Seong-wu transforms into Kihyun-ha, who dreams of becoming a composer and owner of a free spirit in First Love is a tight earphone. Hyun-ha, who accidentally learns the secret of Young-seo (Han Ji-hyun), gets closer and starts to feel special feelings for each other as she sincerely supports her dream. Han Ji-hyun plays the role of Han Young-seo, a bright-minded model in the play. He is the number one student in the school and receives the expectations of his mother and teacher, but he has a desire for freedom and a rebellion toward the world. The sentimental first love sentiment that Ong Seong-woo and Han Ji-hyun will complete is expected to excite the small screen.
