JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Waiting for Gyeongdo', which will premiere on December 6, unveiled the main poster. Expectations were raised with a visual that condensed the complex and delicate emotions of former lovers Lee Kyung-do (Park Seo-joon) and Seo Ji-woo (Ahn Won-won), who reunited like a miracle.
'Waiting for Gyeong-do' is a romance in which Lee Kyung-do and Seo Ji-woo, who have passed two relationships and two separations, re-entangle from the unexpected position of being a reporter and wife of a scandal party, once again confirming the temperature of love. While the teaser poster of the two people's past was drawing attention earlier, the main poster captures the current emotions that have matured.
Lee Kyung-do and Seo Ji-woo's deep eyes looking at each other over the window catch their eyes at once. Despite the drier atmosphere over time, Lee Kyung-do shows a calm and shaky expression toward her old lover who she has not met in a long time. As if the moment they were together comes to mind, the moist wet eyes make you guess the lingering scent of your heart left behind.
Seo Ji-woo stares at Lee Gyeong-do with even more faint eyes. It stimulates curiosity about what kind of emotions she will release in front of her first love, who has lived with loneliness for a long time. The tension of the play is heightened by complex emotions that hide each other's true feelings.
The poster phrase 'It's become clear, this is still love' signals a decisive moment to shake up the emotions that remained in their minds again. Attention is focusing on whether the relationship, which was thought to have already ended, will be able to resume and another spark of love will burn.
JTBC's new Saturday drama 『Waiting for Gyeongdo" will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on December 6, depicting the return of an unusual first love that has come back to normal daily life.
