KBS2's new Saturday mini-series 「The Last Summer" (played by Jeon Yu-ri, directed by Min Yeon-hong) is a remodeled romance drama that unfolds when a man and a woman, who have been friends since childhood, face the truth of their first love hidden in Pandora's box. Choi Sung-eun plays Song Ha-kyung, also known as 「Dr. Song」, who is a public official in the construction position of Patan-myeon and always takes the lead in solving problems for the people of Myeon.
Ha-kyung (Choi Sung-eun), who opened the first episode, stimulated curiosity by calling the neighborhood Pathan-myeon, which has lived since childhood, a land of curses. The contents of Ha-kyung's petition, which said she really hates the broken-down side that took away all of her precious things, have raised viewers' curiosity about what kind of turbulent life Ha-kyung has lived in the broken-down side, while her passion and confidence as the person in charge of the village's life-saving team took the lead in pushing for the fence-breaking project were contrary to when she shouted "Departan."

Choi Sung-eun's Song Ha-kyung was full of life, united with the charm of confidence and spiritful youth. Choi Sung-eun made me want to look into even the incomplete sincerity permeated in Ha-kyung's feistiness. He naturally attracted viewers' hearts by portraying even the thorny way of speaking as an expression of self-defense. In particular, the Tiki-Taka chemistry with Lee Jae-wook, who boasted perfect chemistry from the first broadcast, raised viewers' interest, and Choi Sung raised expectations for a new romance between Pyo Sum and Ssam.
