JTBC's new Saturday drama 'Waiting for Gyeongdo' will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on December 6th. Park Seo-joon and Won Ji-an broke up after two relationships, but they reunite as a reporter who reported the affair scandal and the wife of the scandal, depicting a mixed and tangled romance.
Director Lim Hyun-wook, who showed sensual visual beauty by directing `Someone Like You' and"King the Land" recalled his first impression and said, "His mouth was smiling while he was reading the script, but his eyes were crying. It was a drama in which joy, excitement, and deep sadness came at the same time. I thought I should show it on the screen."
He also said that this work is in line with his directing life. He said "It's not just a romance. It was a work to bring out the emotion line that had been built up"The most important thing in romance is the appropriate excitement that follows the texture of the work."
The biggest concern was the flow of emotions. Director Lim said "Lee Kyung-do and Seo Ji-woo have been together for less than a year, but that time shook their fate. So he explained that he wanted to use 'one emotion line' instead of 'three sections''.
