Daesung Wraps Up Japan Tour, Debuts New Song 'Umbrella'

On the afternoon of the 15th, Daesung held the last performance of 'D-LITE JAPAN LIVE TOUR 2024'D's IS ME' - Encore (D-Lite Japan Live Tour 2024'This Is Me' - Encore)' (hereinafter 'D's IS ME') concert in Kobe, Japan.
This concert was part of Daesung's Japan Live Tour 'D's ISME' encore concert, which lasted for about two months from April this year, and was held four times in two cities, Tokyo and Kobe, from the 30th of last month.
On this day's live arena tour, Daesung captured both the eyes and ears of local fans with a colorful set-list feast, including 'Wings', 'Ai(love)', 'Rainy Rainy', Big Bang acoustic, and dance medley.
In particular, the ending of the encore concert was enough to impress the audience. As a final performance, Daesung released a new song for fans 'Umbrella (傘) (D's IS ME Limited Edition)', showing his own cool and appealing vocals, and finished the performance with a deep lingering feeling in heated cheers.
'Umbrella' is the first new song to be released in about seven years since 'Delight2(Delight2)' released in 2017. As Daesung participated in writing the lyrics himself, the limited album containing 'Umbrella' sold out every day at the Tokyo and Kobe venues, proving Daesung's strong popularity even in his 19th year.

In addition, Daesung, who has led seasons 1 and 2 from the MC of MBN 'Korea-Japan Top Ten Show' to the host of the YouTube channel 'Home (Outside) Daesung', went on stage with G-Dragon and Taeyang at the recently held '2024 MAMA AWARDS (2024 Mama Awards)' and made global fans go wild.
Daesung plans to continue various activities in 2025.
