Initially, the show was scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., but was delayed to 7 p.m. due to weather conditions. Organizers announced around 4:30 p.m. "G-Dragon's performance, which was scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. today, has been delayed by 30 minutes due to weather conditions."
However, the performance did not begin even after 7 p.m. There were only announcements containing G-Dragon's voice that the performance was delayed due to issues such as strong winds or guidance on the connection of the light stick.
The sudden drop in temperature caused the audience to tremble in the cold and wait for the performance. In particular, there was an expectation that the performance would begin soon due to the darkness at the moment, but only the music video of 'Power' was released, which was also buzzing.
Eventually, the performance only began at 7:40 p.m. In other words, it is about an hour and 10 minutes later than originally promised time. The organizers explained that "the performance was delayed for stability reasons due to bad weather (a sudden wind) on the site, and the performance was delayed for an additional 40 minutes due to the extension."
As this concert is G-Dragon's first solo concert in eight years, the news of the event alone drew great attention. With 60,000 seats sold out on both days, about 30,000 spectators visited the concert hall on that day alone.
