Mota's winning goal Anyang finally beat Seoul after three games of two matches...First consecutive win of the season + escape from the relegation zone

FC Anyang fan's long-cherished wish came true. This year's promotion team Anyang beat rival Seoul in the enemy territory and set off a victory.

Anyang won 2-1 with Mota's winning goal in the second half in the 28th round of the 'Hana Bank K League 1 2025' away game held at Seoul World Cup Stadium at 7 p.m. on the 31st. Anyang, which took the lead with Thomas' first goal in the third minute of the first half, was caught up with Kwon Kyung-won's own goal in the second minute of the second half, but won a valuable victory in the enemy territory with Joker Mota's winning goal in the 33rd minute of the second half. Anyang, which had no victory with one draw and one loss in the previous match against Seoul, succeeded in hunting two rabbits: the first win against Seoul and the escape from the relegation zone in history. Anyang, which tied the previous match against Daejeon (3-2 wins), won its first consecutive victory of the season, downgraded Suwon FC Jeju (31 points) with 10 wins, 3 draws, 15 losses, and 33 points, jumping two places from 11th place to ninth place, the remaining zone. On the other hand, Seoul (40 points) remained in fifth place outside the Asian Champions League due to its painful defeat.

Anyang placed its main striker Mota on the bench and put Kim Un in front. The formation paper submitted to the KFA said it was 3-5-2 but it was actually 5-4-1. Matheus, Kim Jung-hyun, Thomas and Yukichi made up the midfield. Lee Tae-hee, Lee Chang-yong, Kwon Kyung-won, Lee Chang-yong, and Kim Dong-jin formed the five-back.

Seoul changed only one spot from the last Ulsan match (3-2 wins). Seoul coach Kim Ki-dong said he liked the tension of the players in the match against Ulsan. Both teams pulled out replacement cards one at half-time. Seoul tried to stabilize the midfield by excluding Lee Seung-mo and putting in Ryu Jae-moon. Anyang strengthened its side attack by sending Yago instead of Chae Hyun-woo.
