He then judged that the crime is bad in that he/she led the crime in this case to form public opinion, and that he/she tried to spread more false information using Internet articles or comments, as he/she often witnessed that there is always a woman.
"Due to the nature of the victim's occupation, the degree of defamation is large, and false facts have been spread on the Internet so far, and the damage continues."The defendant is not asking for forgiveness from the victim, making excuses that are difficult to understand, citing the situation he and his family are in."
Since then, the prosecution has submitted an appeal letter against the first trial on the 16th and A on the 17th, respectively.
