Recently, Gong Hyun-joo posted a video on her SNS with the title of 「Losing 25kg after giving birth to twins, healthy diet habits」, along with real diet tips. In particular, the video is attracting attention as it contains daily living habits that can be sustained along with childcare instead of extreme diets.
In the released video, Gong Hyun-joo is practicing healthy body care through five key diet routines. First, it focuses on strengthening solid muscle strength and flexibility through constant barre exercise three times a week after checking weight every day to recognize weight changes, optimizing intestinal health by eating lactobacillus on an empty stomach.
