First of all, IU and Park Bo-gum ranked No. 1 for two consecutive weeks in the top-rated drama category, leading Netflix's 'When Life Gives You Tangerines
' for two consecutive weeks. In particular, 'Fall' increased its buzz by 24.5% from last week, and it was competitive in the news, VON (Voice of Netizen), SNS, and video categories that make up the buzz.
In the non-drama topical cast category, IU and Park Bo-gum ranked 3rd and 7th respectively, showing their potential to lead KBS1's topical ranking to 5th place. It is the first time that 'Song Stage' has entered the top 20 non-drama list since the topical survey began in 2015.
In addition, KBS2's 'The Seasons - Park Bo-gum's Cantabile', which started anew with Park Bo-gum's appearance, started at 7th place in the first week of the broadcast, and Park Bo-gum also ranked 6th in the non-drama category.
Meanwhile, MBC Undercover High School' was ranked second, followed by SBS 'Treasure Island', tvN 'He's Black Salt Dragon', and JTBC's 'Negotiation Technology', which increased 46.6% compared to the previous week, were ranked first in the TV-OTT drama.
MBC 'Good Day' topped the TV-OTT non-drama list, while ENA/SBS Plus' 'I'm SOLO', which has been at the top for the past five consecutive weeks, ranked second. The third place is TV CHOSUN's 'Mr. Trot 3', which ended with its own record, while the fourth and fifth places are tvN 'YouQuiz on the Block' and KBS1 'Song Stage'.
The topical survey to select the most competitive program for the week is the result of analyzing program-related information and netizen reactions from news articles, VONs (Voice of Netizen), videos (video clips and shorts), and SNS. Among the data collected for the investigation, data not related to the program and evaluation data for intentionally raising the topic score are processed through the filtering step. Through this process, program competitiveness is being analyzed more accurately and the accuracy is more than 97%. The official ranking announcement is available every Tuesday on the Fundex website.
