In October last year, the Mapo-gu Office in Seoul seized the Mecenapolis penthouse owned by Lim Young-woong in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The cause of registration of seizure is indicated as seizure (collection price-19632) and Mapo-gu (Seoul Metropolitan Government) as the right holder. Since the Mapo-gu Collection Division is in charge of collecting local taxes, non-tax revenue, and transportation arrears, it is observed that Lim Young-woong has failed to pay taxes.
The seizure registration was canceled on January 13, three months after the seizure was set up. Lim Young-woong received the seizure registration and paid the arrears in full in three months.
