An objection interrogation filed by the group Newzins against the court's decision of 'No Readers Activity' will be held next month.

The Seoul Central District Court's Civil Agreement Department 50 (senior chief judge Kim Sang-hoon) will hold an interrogation date for the injunction of five members of the New Jeans in the afternoon of April 9.

Five members of Newzins immediately submitted an objection to the provisional injunction to the 50th Civil Agreement Department of the Seoul Central District Court, which decided to cite the provisional injunction on the 21st. Since it disagrees with the court's decision, it is intended for the court to hear the case again.

Earlier, the court accepted all of Adore's request for injunction against Newgens members, such as preserving the status of an agency and signing an advertising contract. If the party who applied for provisional injunction is dismissed, the party may appeal immediately to the second trial in objection.

Now that the provisional injunction filed by Adore has been accepted, Newzins can file an objection, and if it is not accepted here, it can go through an appeal process.

Earlier in November last year, the members unilaterally insisted on terminating the exclusive contract with Odor, and in December of that year, Odor filed a lawsuit against the members to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, and in January, applied for a prohibition such as preserving the status of an agency and signing an advertising contract.

On the 21st, the court decided to cite the injunction against the members of Newzins against the prohibition of "preservation of agency status and conclusion of advertising contracts".

Afterwards, the members immediately held an interview with the U.S. weekly Time to argue about the court's decision, saying they are "disappointed" and "We plan to argue about additional issues through an objection process, and in the process, we plan to supplement the explanatory data as much as possible."" On the other hand, at the Hong Kong Complex Con held on the 23rd, "We decided to suspend all activities for a while in respect of the court's judgment".
