Today (25th), the third day of pleading will be held for Park Ji-yoon's lawsuit for compensation for alimony filed against her husband Choi Dong-seok's female acquaintance A.
Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok, who previously became colleagues of KBS's recruitment announcers, married in 2009 and had one son and one daughter, but they reported on the news of the breakup last year.
The two submitted an application for divorce mediation to the Jeju District Court on October 30 last year and are in the process of divorce. Park Ji-yoon has secured both custody and parental rights of her children.
Since then, Park Ji-yoon filed an additional lawsuit against Choi Dong-seok's acquaintance A in July, and Choi Dong-seok also filed a lawsuit against Park Ji-yoon and a man B.
While both sides are currently denying the rumors of an affair, Dispatch released a transcript of the conflict between the two, causing a stir.
Among them, the transcripts of Choi Dong-seok and Park Ji-yoon were released, shocking the suspicion of Choi Dong-seok's false testimony and sexual assault between the couple.
Choi Dong-seok was later accused through the National Newspaper, but the police concluded the investigation into the alleged sexual assault with a non-reporting case, saying "insufficient evidence".
