Sean Donates 220 Million Won in 5th Annual '3.1 Run' Marathon

According to YG Entertainment, Sean successfully completed the March 1st Memorial Donation Marathon, which has been going on for five years, this year and delivered a donation of 220 million won.
Hosted for the fifth time by Sean and Habitat Korea, '2025 3.1 Run' is a donation marathon that remembers the sacrifices and dedication of independence activists and acts so that their descendants can live in a comfortable residential environment. This year, 3,100 individual participants were recruited in a month, attracting a lot of attention.
Sean joined the 31km last runner at Sangam World Cup Park in Seoul on the 1st, with 31 actors Jin Sun-kyu, Lee Jae-yoon, and Lim Semi running the 3.1km course, followed by an additional 3.1km with 1,000 individual participants.
The entire participation fee of 3,100 individual participants and corporate donations were donated to Habitat Korea. The donation of about 224 million won will be used to support comfortable and safe homes for descendants of independence fighters.
Sean thanked "I'm glad that the '3.1 Run', which runs reflecting on the meaning of the March 1 Independence Movement, is growing with the participation of more people every year" and "It's meaningful to help descendants of independence fighters live in a better environment"
Sean has been conducting a campaign to improve the residential environment for descendants of independence fighters on March 1 and Liberation Day every year through '8.15 Run' since 2020 and '3.1 Run' since 2021. With the donations collected so far, the new home has been dedicated to the 17th generation of descendants of independence fighters, and the 18th and 19th houses are currently being built.
Meanwhile, Sean is leading the way in the formation of various donation cultures with 'Good Learning'. It has a good influence, including improving housing for descendants of independence fighters, donating profits from pictorials, sponsoring children at home and abroad, and volunteering for briquettes delivery, and his donation to places in need alone amounts to about 6 billion won.
