Song Min-ho Admits to Service Violations, Faces Possible Re-enlistment



Song Min-ho, a member of the group WINNER, is said to have admitted most of the charges in connection with the alleged poor work of social service personnel, drawing attention to the possibility of re-service.

An official from the National Police Agency said at a regular press conference on the 31st that `Song Min-ho was present three times to investigate, and the results of the seizure and communication investigation will be combined to determine whether the charges are present.'

Currently, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul is investigating Song Min-ho on charges of violating the Military Service Act. He is accused of violating the Military Service Act by not going to work properly while serving as a social service worker since March 2023.




According to a police investigation, Song Min-ho generally admitted to charges such as leaving work. The police investigated Song Min-ho as a suspect three times on January 23, February 15, and February 26, and seized and searched the resident convenience facility in Mapo-gu, Seoul, where he worked, to secure related evidence such as CCTV.

Based on the evidence and statements obtained, the police plan to complete the investigation soon and send the case to the prosecution.




Earlier, Song Min-ho joined the military as a social service worker in March last year and was canceled on the 23rd of last month. However, when it was reported that he did not work properly during this period, he was embroiled in a controversy over poor service.
