On the 21st, the Seoul Central District Court's Civil Agreement Department 50 (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) accepted the injunction request filed by Ador against the five New Jin's members (Minji, Daniel, Hye-in, Haerin, and Hani).
Earlier, five members of the New Jeans held an emergency press conference in November last year and began their own activities, saying that the contract was terminated due to the violation of Adore's exclusive contract.
In December of that year, Adore filed a lawsuit against the members in the Seoul Central District Court to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, and in January of that year, he applied for a injunction against the preservation of the status of an agency and the conclusion of an advertising contract with the aim of `preventing members from signing their own advertising contracts.'
Later, in order to expand the scope of the provisional injunction, Odor asked the court to prohibit music activities such as writing, composing, and singing of Newzins, which the court accepted.
