The National Human Rights Commission said on the 19th that it has asked the Supreme Prosecutors' Office to investigate five people, including Yang Jae-woong (43), a psychiatrist and broadcaster, his doctor, on-call doctor, nurse, and nursing assistant, for false instructions or assistance in medical records.
According to the National Human Rights Commission, A was presumed to have died of 'acute pseudo intestinal obstruction' in the autopsy appraisal, and the investigation determined that there was a false report in the medical record. There was a 23-minute difference between the actual compulsive measure implementation time and the time in the medical record book, and the reason for the patient's isolation and compulsion was not recorded.

Earlier on May 27 last year, a woman in her 30s died at a psychiatric hospital run by Yang Jae-woong, causing a stir. He died of pseudo intestinal obstruction after being hospitalized to treat diet drug addiction.
According to the released CCTV, A complained of abdominal pain and asked the hospital for help, but nursing assistants tied A's hands and feet to the bed and gave him stabilizers. Since then, A has died unconscious. The bereaved family claimed that the hospital left A dead and filed a complaint with the police against hospital officials on charges of abandonment and professional negligence.
At the time, Yang Jae-woong wrote in his agency Mystic Story "First of all, regarding the incident that occurred during the hospitalization process, I and the entire medical staff cannot hide their terrible feelings, and I sincerely apologize to the bereaved families who are grieving after losing the deceased and their families.", but the controversy continued.
It was belatedly revealed that Yang Jae-woong announced his marriage to Hani a few days after A's death.
In response, Yang Jae-woong stopped his activities by getting off MBC Radio FM4U 'Kim In-na's Starry Night', and his lover Hani also stopped all activities.
The two were originally scheduled to get married in September last year, but they also postponed their marriage.
