At the same time, he accused the bereaved families of Ga Se-yeon and Kim Sae-ron, who claimed to be Kim Sae-ron's aunt, of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (spreading photos used by cameras, etc.).
Kim Soo-hyun's side has also sued the haters on charges of defamation under the Information and Communication Network Act and insult under the Criminal Act.
