In MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Bani and Brothers' (directed by Kim Ji-hoon, scripted by Sung So-eun and Lee Seul), Cho Joon-young first appeared with 'Cha Ji-won' with wealth, visuals, and manners, overwhelming the screen and immediately caught the attention of viewers.
On this day's broadcast, Cha Ji-won changed the air around him just by his presence as soon as he appeared on the campus of the University of Arts with an application to return to school. In particular, Barney (Roh Jeong-ui), who decided to take a leave of absence, reversed his decision at the first appearance and opened his imagination. Cho Joon-young showed an intense presence from his first appearance by popping 'soft charisma' and 'melo poten' at the same time in this short moment.
He also responded with a playful smile to Barney's mistake, which he mistook as a freshman, and gave Barney a hangover cure without saying a word, showing deep consideration. Cha Ji-won in the drama was a fantasy itself that was hard to find in reality.
On top of that, unlike the luxurious appearance, the pure appearance of eating and being thrilled by learning and the wild taste of liking Donggulecha were revealed, adding a three-dimensional effect to the character. On the other hand, the appearance of being wary of them with subtle eyes in front of Hwang Jae-yeol (Lee Chae-min) and Jo A-rang (Kim Hyun-jin), who approach Barney, ignited the romance triangle that will unfold in the future.
Cho Joon-young freely crossed the situational drama from his appearance to the make-up of an imaginary male figure to the excitement of a real younger man, drawing favorable responses from viewers. The narrative of Cho Joon-young 'Cha Ji-won', which captures all emotions with a sweet attitude, indifferent consideration, and a single glance, is only the beginning.
Meanwhile, 「Bani and Brothers」, in which Cho Joon-young's full-fledged activities began, depicts a campus romance in which attractive men appear one after another in front of Barney, who gave up her relationship due to her first love. It airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m. on MBC.
