Actor Kim Soo-hyun immediately explained to reports that he had not paid about 38 million won for the trial in a 12 billion won damages lawsuit filed against the bereaved family of the late Kim Sae-ron and the head of the Horizontal Sero Research Institute.

Earlier, Kim Soo-hyun said in a press conference that he would file a lawsuit worth 12 billion won against Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family and Kim Se-eui's side of the Garosero Research Institute.

A lawsuit against them worth a total of 12 billion won was also filed with the Seoul Central District Court" he said.




The court reportedly ordered the payment of stamp and delivery fees based on 12 billion won based on the errors in the lawsuit filed. At this time, only the stamp and delivery fees amounted to 38 million won.
