Both sides are fighting for life and death, with 11 billion lawsuits starting over proof of a relationship between actors Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron as minors.
On the 2nd, actor Kim Soo-hyun claimed that the evidence of alleged underage dating released by the late Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family was fabricated, and the Garosero Research Institute (Ga Se-yeon) denied it and released the original evidence, sparking controversy.
On this day, Ga Se-yeon released a video containing the original Kakao Talk conversation presented by Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family through a YouTube broadcast, refuting Kim Soo-hyun's alleged manipulation.

In his own writing, Kim Sae-ron wrote, "The picture that went up in the story is from 2016, and the love affair lasted from Nov. 19, 2015 to July 7, 2021. At that time, I was 16 years old and my opponent was 30. That's how the six-year relationship came to an end."
In response, Kim Soo-hyun countered in a press conference, saying, `The actual age difference is 12 years old, but the deceased cannot have been mistaken.'
On the 2nd, Ga Se-yeon released metadata of messages exchanged between Kim Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun and made further refutation.

Earlier, Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative, LKB, announced its official position on the 2nd, refuting all the evidence presented by Se-yeon one by one, claiming that "the suspicion of dating minors is not true.'
However, there are only two things that Kim Soo-hyun's side acknowledged the evidence of Gase-yeon. They sent Kim Sae-ron a video of an underwear store taken in Paris in 2019, and ate the food Kim Sae-ron made while drinking soju at Kim Soo-hyun's house in November 2018. However, Kim Soo-hyun's side argued that the video transmission time for the Paris underwear store in 2019 was when Kim Sae-ron became an adult, and that the 2018 video of eating food at home had other family members at the time and were not dating.

The agency added that the channel distributed photos and videos related to Kim Soo-hyun and spread false information except for a single day until the 31st since its first broadcast on the 10th of last month.
Meanwhile, eight acquaintances of Kim Sae-ron are reportedly writing a statement testifying of their relationship with Kim Soo-hyun, and the controversy is expected to continue for a long time.
