Jubitrain sued Lee Ha-neul on charges of defamation and other charges, saying that he was criminally charged with Mapo Police Station and was investigated as a suspect and tested negative for drugs voluntarily.
Jubitrain and A worked for Lee Ha-neul's agency for about five months in the past, but they were at odds due to legal battles over unfair dismissal while terminating the contract.
