NewJeans declared a second renaming from 'NJZ' to 'mhdh' on the 4th. 'mhdhh' is the combination of the English initials of the members' names, 'Minha Hae-hye'. In line with this, the official account name operated by the parents of NewJeans has also been changed.
In addition, the parents of NewJeans said on the 5th that 'It is not true that there has been a division between the parents of the members. All five members have a firm position that they cannot return to Hive, and this is a decision made after sufficient consultation with their families. The members are deeply trusting and united in each other, as they promised not to start legal action unless all five agreed"I denied my reasoning.
In addition, speculations about the "Harin-related stabbings and family history" are also not true. It was another member's job to adjust parental rights in respect of the will of underage children, and the will of the child and mother is also firm in this family."Ador and Hybe, whose management has changed, have never shown trust in us. As a parent, you can't send your child back there again."

In November last year, NewJeans declared that its exclusive contract with Adore had been terminated. Earlier this year, he changed the group's name to NZ and announced that he would start his own career, completing trademark registration.
But the court put the brakes on it. The Seoul Central District Court ruled last month that it cited all applications for prohibition, including the preservation of the status of the agency and the conclusion of advertising contracts, filed against the members. The members of New Jeans claimed that there were 11 violations of the exclusive contract, including the dismissal of Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, but the court refused to accept all of them.
However, the members of the NewJeans said they respected the court's judgment, but they called themselves 'revolutionaries' and refused to return to the door. They declared the suspension of their activities and filed a provisional objection. The hearing date for the objection will be held on the 9th. In addition, a lawsuit (original lawsuit) is underway to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract filed by Adore against the members.
Looking back on the members' interviews so far, it seems that the members believed that the contract with Ador was terminated without difficulty. In fact, they told BBC Korea that the decision to cite the provisional disposition was shocking" he once said. However, as the reality is the opposite of the expectations of the members, there are also opinions that NewJeans may have taken a different stance.
