In 2013, Park Sang-gyu left his family's side due to the recurrence of a stroke he had been fighting for 14 years.
Park Sang-gyu, who made his debut as an exclusive singer of KBS's 1st generation in 1965, was loved a lot by leaving hit songs such as 'Friend, Friend', 'Tabble'.
Not only was he a singer, but he also worked as a radio DJ and an MC for various entertainment programs.
But a stroke that suddenly came to him. He appeared on the show with his wife, Han Young-ae, to announce his illness.

However, Park Sang-gyu, who had a stroke that recurred in eight years, said "Drinking was a problem. I shouldn't have drunk, but I kept drinking for eight years even after being diagnosed with a stroke. I think that's what caused it," he confessed.
He surprised the surroundings by saying, `I drank 10 bottles of soju for 40 years without missing a day.' Then "I drank every day, but there was no injection and no hangover. That's why the sudden stroke was more shocking.'
However, since then, the deceased has caused many people's sorrow due to his speech impairment and poor mobility.
