Local media, including Japan's Asahi Shimbun, reported on the 19th that the Tokyo District Prosecutors' Office has not indicted Atari Kosuke.
Atari Kosuke was arrested at the scene early on March 29 on charges of sexually assaulting a man in his 20s sleeping on a chair in a bathroom lounge in Shinagawa-gu, Tokyo, Japan, and committing obscene acts.
The victim caught Atari Kosuke on the spot, and a bathhouse worker reported it to the police. However, Atari Kosuke denied the allegations of sexual harassment, saying he `doesn't remember.'
However, the prosecution did not indict Atari Kosuke. The reason for this decision was not disclosed.
Atari Kosuke's agency said "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The case was not prosecuted as of the 19th. We will fully discuss the future response with the person and carefully review it," he said.
Born on July 13, 1980, Kosuke Atari made his debut in 2006 and hit the opening theme song of Fuji TV Takumentary 'The Nonfiction'Sansara'Flower'.
