The police dismissed the charges of violating and threatening the Information and Communication Network Act on the grounds that Tzuyang submitted a written complaint. However, Tzuyang filed an objection against this and was investigated by the police on the 17th. However, Tzuyang left the police station in about 40 minutes, refusing to investigate. "The police didn't seem to consider Tzuyang as a victim. I don't think there's any intention of protecting the victim" was the opinion of Tzuyang.
In response, Deputy Park responded, "(Tzuyang's side) is concerned about the fairness of the investigation, so to dispel this and to judge the case comprehensively and efficiently, the entire case related to Tzuyang was reallocated and the investigators were replaced."," he said.
The police also plan to refer to the investigation on the 17th that the Civil Agreement Department 51 (Chief Judge Park Sang-eon) of the Seoul Central District Court partially cited Tsyang's request for injunction against Gase-yeon and Kim Se-eui for the deletion and posting of video posts.
