At a regular press conference held at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 21st, Park Hyun-soo, acting chief of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, said, `The entire case related to Tzuyang was reallocated for fairness and efficiency in the investigation, and investigators were also replaced.""The case filed by Tzuyang will be conducted by the Gangnam-seo Criminal Division 2, and the case filed by Tzuyang will be investigated by the Investigation Division 1."" Currently, the Gangnam Police Station is investigating a total of four cases, including three complaints by Tzuyang and one complaint by Tzuyang.
Earlier on the 16th, Tzuyang appeared at the Gangnam Police Station at around 8:47 a.m. as a complainant, but suddenly refused to investigate and returned home in about 30 minutes. At the time, lawyer Kim Tae-yeon, Tzuyang's legal representative, said "The police did not seem to think (Tzuyang) was a victim, and there seemed to be no intention of protection.""We doubt that it is a fair investigation because they did not give any information about the contents of the supplementary investigation instructions at all. "
In response, Deputy Park said, `We regret that there has been a controversy between each other"We have replaced the reallocation and investigators to dispel concerns about the fairness of the investigation and to comprehensively judge the case" he explained.
Earlier on July 30 last year, Tzuyang sued Kim Se-ui on charges of forcing him to threaten defamation. Tzuyang claimed that Kim Sei-ui raised suspicions of tax evasion, illegal surgery under Tzuyang's other name, and that she claimed to have worked at an entertainment establishment under the coercion and intimidation of her ex-boyfriend were false, forcing her to explain and repeatedly posting photos and posts related to her.
However, Tzuyang filed a complaint against Kim Sei-ui. Accordingly, the police decided to dismiss charges such as violations of the Information and Communication Network Act and threats, and decided not to send charges such as violation of the Stalking Punishment Act, judging that they were not guilty due to insufficient evidence.
Tzuyang filed an objection against the police's decision not to send it, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office made a supplementary investigation decision.
