Nam Ji-hyun, a former member of the group 4Minute, denied rumors of retirement.

Nam Ji-hyun said on his account on the 26th, `I hear a lot of questions about whether I retired after opening the studio, but it's not a conclusion.'

Nam Ji-hyun "I think I'm tired of being chosen by someone. In order to escape the feeling of helplessness, I worked out to go further. It was a sport called barre, and it cheered me up. So I wanted to share and convey the value of sweating. When I exercise, I have confidence that I can live independently."

Then "I think the truth works. I want to convey the energy to live independently together and make it well. I'm going to live slowly and solidly," he added.

Nam Ji-hyun debuted as 4Minute in 2009 and was loved by releasing hits such as 'Hot Issue'Crazy'. 4Minute disbanded in 2016, and Nam Ji-hyun turned into an actor. In March, he announced his new start as a barre instructor.
