Actor Oh Min-ae confides in her sick family history.

SBS 'Hope TV', which impressed the reality of the descendants of independence activists and Kim Hye-ja's visit to Africa on the 23rd, sheds light on the lives of the children of 'Boy and Girl's Head' in the 7th and 8th parts of the 24th and seeks ways to help them.

Actors Oh Min-ae, Lee Pil-mo, and SBS announcer Choi Young-joo shed light on the lives of the forgotten 'Boy and Girl Heads'. SBS '2025 Hope TV', which will be broadcast on May 24 (Sat), will tell the story of five children who carry the livelihood of their families at a young age.

'Boy and girl head of household' refers to children under the age of 18 who are responsible for housework, care, and livelihood due to the death, illness, divorce, etc. of their parents. In this broadcast, the sad reality of five families will be introduced, including 8-year-old Suzy, who takes care of parents with severe disabilities, Hee-sung (16) and Hee-joo (14), who take care of their late-stage cancer mothers, and 17-year-old Byeong-kwon, who takes care of their father undergoing kidney dialysis.

Actor Oh Min-ae, who played a role as a mother in the recent drama 'I was completely deceived', confessed that she was a girl's breadwinner when she was a child and `I even wanted someone to take me as an adoptive daughter.' Actor Oh Min-ae shed tears throughout the filming due to the sadness of the memories and stories that come to mind. On the other hand, as a father of two children, Lee Pil-mo expressed deep sympathy, saying, `It is upsetting to see the children who have to grow up taking care of the family.'

SBS 'Hope TV' with the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation will air on SBS from 8:40 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. on Saturday, May 24.
