According to the real estate register, the household has a dedicated area of 218 square meters, and a collateral security with a maximum bond value of KRW 5.768 billion was set. Considering that the maximum amount of bonds is usually about 120% of the loan, it is estimated that Jang Young-ran and his wife purchased the household with a loan of about 4.8 billion won.
Galleria Fore is a luxury apartment complex where Big Bang G-Dragon and actor Han Ye-seul and Kim Soo-hyun reside.
Jang Young-ran married Han Chang, an oriental doctor three years younger, in 2009 and has one son and one daughter. He drew attention by saying that he earned 11.52 million won a month from video views uploaded to his personal channel 'A-class Jang Young-ran' in 2023. Jang Young-ran's profits are also expected to have increased as it was a popular channel with more than 700,000 subscribers, although it was in its early stages at the time.
