Lee Kyung-gyu Opens Up About Panic Disorder, Says He Has No Plans to Retire



Broadcaster Lee Kyung-gyu expressed his thoughts on retirement.

On the 5th, Lee Kyung-gyu's YouTube channel 'God Kyung-gyu'A video titled 'Lee Kyung-gyu's 45-year entertainment life (retirement plan, urban fishermen)' was posted.

Lee Kyung-kyu, who recently published his book `The Perfect Joke of Life', had time to answer fans' questions through the 「Conversation with the Author」 section.

I set up a tent in an unknown place every evening, and I lost my car and suffered a lot. If you turn off the lights while running, there is nothing around. It's dark, but there are stars next to it. From there, I felt lonely in this vast universe, looking up at the sky.'" Suddenly, I cried. I kept crying and fell into the car. I couldn't stand. Since then, I've been getting sick. My chest was stuffy and I felt like I was going to die"He confessed.

Lee Kyung-gyu said, "I went to the hospital, and my chest was constantly stuffy even though I was healthy. My acquaintance told me to go to the psychiatrist, so I went and he made me medicine. The medicine made me feel comfortable"I've been taking panic disorder medication for 10 years, so I've been using it."

One fan asked "Do you have a dream life after retirement?" and Lee Kyung-kyu "No plan." There is no retirement," he said firmly. In response, the production team asked "Are you really going to die in front of the camera?" and Lee Kyung-kyu said "An athlete or director can retire. In our case, it is ambiguous. Are you retiring or getting fired. "Are you being pushed out or are you quitting yourself?" he confessed.




Lee Kyung-kyu said, "I've done LieV before. It's not bad to do it lying down. It is a measure for old age. I said I'd lie down and do it," he joked, causing laughter.
