It's been eight years since the news of comedian Jomjosan's absurd obituary was reported.

On July 5, 2017, Jomisan was found dead near Daebudo Island. He was 53.

The coffin of the deceased was strictly observed at a funeral home in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, on the 7th and was later put to sleep.




Jomjosan also appeared in comic films such as 'Urömö' and 'Super Hong Gil-dong' and became a legend of Korean comedy along with Im Ha-ryong, Jungsik Kim, Oh Ja-mi, the late Yang Jong-cheol, and Lee Bong-won.
