On the 12th, the agency Sky Turtle reported that "Kim Byung-man recently registered his marriage with his lover A, who is about to remarry." Kim Byung-man is said to have set up a newlywed house on Jeju Island and is currently living with his two children. As a result, the two children are legally one family, not out of wedlock.
Kim Byung-man is planning to marry A at the rooftop of the Han River Sebit Island in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 20th of next month. Mr. A is known as a non-celebrity younger than him, and the story of the two will be released this month on TV Chosun entertainment program 「Joseon's Lover」.
Earlier, Kim Byung-man started his marriage with his ex-wife B in 2010 without having a wedding ceremony, and adopted B's daughter, who was 9 years old at the time, as his biological child. However, he claimed that 'he has since gone into separation since 2012, and in July 2019, during the separation period, he began filing for divorce due to disputes over income such as performance fees.'
Kim Byung-man, who filed his first dismissal suit in 2020, filed his second dismissal suit in 2022, and was sentenced to dismissal by the Seoul Family Court on August 8, 2025 through the third dismissal suit in November 2024. The agency judged that it was not in line with the welfare and mutual benefit of children over 25 years of age" he said.
Regarding the ruling, Kim Byung-man said, `I hope that my adopted child will no longer be hurt" expressed his feelings.
However, attention is being paid to the possibility that her daughter, who has been abandoned, may appeal.
