According to CBS No Cut News on the 29th, the injured plane has been punished twice for drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.
On June 26, 2020, Sang-gi received a summary order of 2 million won from the Daegu District Court on charges of drunk driving. However, a year later, on May 19, 2021, at around 4:15 a.m., he was found guilty of driving around 12 kilometers under the influence of alcohol from near Garosu-gil in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to Shinsu-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. At that time, his blood alcohol level was 0.091%, which was the level of license revocation. Accordingly, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced Sang-ki to a fine of 10 million won on August 25, 2022. The court pointed out that "The Defendant drove under the influence again shortly after, despite the history of receiving a summary order of fines for drunk driving around 2020"."
And three years after the fine, he is being investigated again for drunk driving.
Sang-gi is suspected of drunk driving around 3:40 a.m. on the 21st in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. There are also suspicions that he was arrested as a current offender after refusing to comply with the police's demand for a sobriety test several times even though he ran away in defiance of the police's order to stop after receiving a report.
However, Sang-gi deleted his personal account and remains silent in response to questions from netizens regarding the alleged drunk driving.
