MBC weather forecasters dressed in black and appeared on the show to commemorate the first anniversary of the late former weatherman Oyoanna, drawing attention.
Lee Hyun-seung, Geum Chae-rim, and Kim Ga-young, who appeared in MBC news programs 'News Today', 'News Desk' and 'News and Economy' that aired on the 15th, all appeared in black costumes. Oyoanna, born in 1996, joined MBC as a weatherman for open recruitment in 2021, but died of extreme choices in September last year while working as a freelance contractor. A 17-page suicide note was found on his mobile phone and said he had been constantly bullied by his colleagues. Based on this, the bereaved family filed a civil lawsuit against an employee identified as the perpetrator.
