THE BOYZ QWER is going to court because of the light stick. Strong response vs. No problem.



The group THE BOYZ and QWER have been in conflict over the controversy over the copy of the light stick.

QWER recently unveiled the design of the World Tour light stick. However, the loudspeaker-shaped light stick was controversial because it was similar to the official light stick design of THE BOYZ.

In response, The Boyz agency Won Hundred said on the 25th that it deeply sympathizes with the confusion and inconvenience experienced by fans due to the design similarity between the official light stick of The Boyz and the QWER light stick and is truly sorry.




After recognizing the issue, we continued discussions with QWER and requested design changes, but we could not reach a final conclusion. Then, QWER countered.

The agency, 3YCorpion and PrismFilter, said "QWER official light stick has no design or copyright issues."
