Jungkook hosted a live broadcast on the fan community platform Weverse on his birthday on the 1st. In particular, it drew attention by mentioning the recent home invasion damage on the live broadcast.
"I was watching (the intruder) on CCTV at homeJungkook "He tried to open the door in the underground parking lot because he heard the police coming. "I was watching everything, and he said he was my friend. ARMY (official fandom in BTS) are all family and friends, but it was just a pity."
Then "I'm so grateful for your support of me. But when I came home (from nowhere), I said, "What is that?" and expressed my frustration. Then "If you come, I'll lock you up." If you come, it will be recorded, so all the evidence will be secured and you will just be taken to the police station."
Please don't come. If you step into my parking lot by mistake, you can't leave unless I open it for you. There's CCTV and I'm watching it all. If you don't want to go to the police station, don't come in."
According to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, a woman in her 40s of Korean nationality broke into the parking lot of her home in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, without permission at 11 p.m. on the 30th of last month. The woman was arrested on the spot after a security guard reported the situation through CCTV.
During the investigation, he reportedly stated that `I entered thinking it was a friend's house' and later admitted the charges. Police have booked the woman without detention and are investigating the exact motive of the crime.
This is not the first time that Jungkook has suffered a home invasion. In June, a Chinese woman in her 30s was caught by police while entering the password of Jungkook's front door several times, and the woman stated that she came to Korea to see Jungkook discharged from the military. Police sent the woman without detention on charges of attempted home invasion.
